# WATER-BASED ELASTOMERIC MIDDLE COATING RAINBOW PAINTS ## Product Code NO.420-2 ## Type Low-shrinkage elastic intermediate coating formulated with waterborne elastic acrylic resin featuring excellent water & alkali resistance, matched with hiding pigments and fillers. ## Application Protective & decorative intermediate coating for concrete buildings. ## Properties 1. Outstanding elasticity: The film remains intact without cracking when minor micro-cracks appear on cement walls, achieving waterproof leakage prevention effect 2. Superior weather resistance and anti-chalking performance 3. Good water & alkali resistance, low water permeability 4. Excellent adhesion, easy construction 5. Stir thoroughly before use. Dilute with tap water if paint is too thick; do not exceed the specified dilution ratio. 2. Fresh cement walls contain excessive moisture and free alkaline substances which degrade film performance and adhesion. Leave to fully dry until moisture content drops below 12% prior to coating. 3. Fully remove grease, dust and other contaminants from substrate surfaces before construction. 4. Construction Conditions: Ambient relative humidity below 85%RH, temperature ≥10°C. 5. Always prime substrate with NO.420 or NO.420-1 elastomeric primer before applying this intermediate coat for optimal adhesion and durability. ## Note All data provided in this product datasheet are derived from internal laboratory tests for construction design reference only.
