## Properties
1. High elasticity: The coating film remains intact without cracking to achieve waterproof leakage prevention when micro-cracks appear on cement walls
2. Outstanding weather resistance and anti-chalking performance
3. Excellent water & alkali resistance with low water permeability
4. Elongation rate at 250μm dry film thickness: 300% for gloss, 200% for semi-gloss, 100% for matte finish

## Application Methods
Brush Coating, Spray Coating, Roller Coating (Apply 2~3 coats, recommended total dry film ≥250 μm)
## Construction Precautions ⚠️
1. Stir thoroughly before use. Dilute with tap water within specified dosage if the paint is too thick.
2. Fresh cement walls contain excessive moisture and free alkaline substances, which will impair film performance and adhesion. Allow 2~3 weeks full drying until moisture content drops below 12% before construction.
3. Fully remove grease, dust and other contaminants from substrate surfaces prior to coating.
4. Construction Conditions: Ambient relative humidity below 85%RH, temperature ≥10°C.
5. Always prime with No.420 or No.420-1 elastomeric primer first to achieve optimal adhesion and durability.
