# TRAFFIC PAINT
RAINBOW PAINTS
## Product Code
No.1801 / 1801-1
## Type
Fast-drying road marking paint refined from special resin, weather-resistant, water-resistant and abrasion-resistant pigments.
## Application
Traffic marking paint for dividing lines and zebra crossings on asphalt and cement roads.
## Properties
1. Ultra-fast drying: Vehicles can pass after 15–25 minutes under normal ambient conditions
2. Tough coating film with excellent adhesion and abrasion resistance, longer service life than ordinary road paints
3. High water and alkali resistance; no erosion from alkaline cement road surfaces after spraying
4. Asphalt impermeable, no asphalt bleed-through that blurs road markings
5. Outstanding weather resistance; no yellowing or chalking under long-term sun and rain exposure

## Application Methods
Airless Spray
## Construction Precautions ⚠️
1. Airless spray is the preferred construction method. If brush or roller application is adopted, apply in one single direction quickly without repeated back-and-forth brushing to prevent asphalt bleed-out.
2. Sweep all dust and debris fully off sand-cement surfaces before construction to avoid poor adhesion.
3. Stir thoroughly before use. Dilute only with designated special thinner if paint is too thick; excessive or mismatched thinner will reduce durability and even cause gel separation.
4. Do not apply on damp road surfaces. Implement traffic control during construction. Tire-free time: 15–25 minutes in summer, 20–30 minutes in winter.
