Stir thoroughly before use. Dilute with tap water if too thick, do not exceed the specified dilution ratio. 2. Fresh cement walls contain excessive moisture and free alkaline substances which degrade film performance and adhesion. Leave to fully dry for 2~3 weeks until moisture content drops below 12% prior to coating. 3. Completely remove grease, dust and other contaminants from substrate surfaces before construction. 4.
