Stir latex paint thoroughly before use. Dilute with tap water if too thick, do not exceed the specified dilution ratio. 2. Completely remove grease, dust and other contaminants from substrate surfaces before construction. 3. Use Rainbow water-based colorants for tinting to avoid color fading. 4. Fresh cement walls must be fully dried for 2~3 weeks until moisture content drops below 12% before coating. 5.
